Group Fitness Classes*
At Fit N Pilates, we are very pleased to present Body Training Systems! (AKA MOSSA) Body Training Systems is a series of Group Fitness Programs that are carefully designed to deliver a simple, fun and effective social exercise experience. It is independent of barriers like gender, age or fitness level. Group Power and Group Groove are registered, TM, 60 minute pre-choreographed programs that have a timeless nature and proven success in the industry. Group Power® is your hour of Power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.
